Pickup FAQs

While the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum's store is temporarily closed, we're excited to provide an online store so you can purchase all your favorite Nature Museum items!

We've selected our best selling Nature Museum merchandise and items, and have given you the option to shop or pickup your purchases.

Our goal is to make this as simple and safe for you as possible. 

When can I pick up my order?

Upon purchasing, you may choose to have your order shipped to the address of your choosing, or you may choose to pick it up at the Nature Museum. Orders will be available for pickup Sunday-Saturday, 10am-3pm.

How will pickup work?

Place your order today through our online store and choose a pick up window. All payments are managed online when you place your order and you will receive a confirmation email.

We will prepare all orders ahead of time, so no matter when you arrive, your order will be ready.

When you arrive, you will go to the Front Desk and speak to one of our Guest Experience Associates. You can park temporarily in the bus turn around with your hazard lights on.
