Echinacea pallida
Pink daisy-shaped flowers. The flat flower center is surrounded by recurved petals, thinner and lighter in color than Echinacea purpurea. Particularly attractive to butterflies and bees. Seeds are a favorite of goldfinches. This is a host plant for Silvery Checkerspot butterflies.
