Physostegia virginiana ‘Miss Manners’
Easily grown in average to moist soils in full sun. 'Miss Manners' is less aggressive and more compact than the species. Sturdy upright stems do not usually require staking. Called obedient plant because each individual flower will, upon being pushed in any one direction, remain in the new position. Attracts bumblebees and occasionally hummingbirds.
